Faderport driver download

Questions Hot! Cannot locate the installation file for Windows 10 bit which I find frustrating. Am I missing something?

I suppose I could be an idiot, but don't I need to install the driver on my PC? I realize I don't need to update the firmware. I downloaded the FaderPort. Windows 10 has been around for awhile now so surely there's a driver for it?

Any help would be appreciated. First experience with PreSonus is kinda choppy here. Thanks Oh, and I apologize if this is a duplicate question - I did not get a confirmation response saying my question was even received.

That goes for opening a ticket with support as well. Yep - I'm registered. Please log in or register to answer this question. A little research and I realized I needed to update S1. I updated S1, downloaded firmware for the controller and tried again.

Still not working. Then it came to my attention that Universal Control was not up to date. I updated UC which also allowed me to now have access to even newer firmware for the Faderport which I quickly downloaded and installed.

Now that everything was up to date I figured it would work great. The only thing recognizing it was Universal Control. Being at the end of my rope and going into about the fourth hour of turmoil, I factory reset the device and suddenly it was connected. Relevant device parameter lists can be defined via preferences.
